BODY SCULPT
A 50-minute class that is a whole body workout. From push-ups to planks, this class is for anyone looking to become sculpted and strong.
CARDIO & CORE
Come to cardio and core for a great total body workout. Get your cardio in while training your whole core at the same time! No weights just you and the reebok core board is all you need for this high intensity class. This class is for anyone who just wants a new and exciting way to workout.
KENT'S KICK-BUTT BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp class led by Kent Bierly himself. Planks, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, kettle bells, medicine balls, and so much mroe are involved in this butt-kicking class! Test your limits and work your body!
LOW IMPACT
This class is a whole body workout that includes warm-up, stretching, aerobics, and weight training. Low Impact is easier on the body and joints to get a heart pumping workout and reduces the risk of injury and one foot is on the ground at all times.
MORNING GRAB BAG
This 30 minute class will cater to people in the class. Whether it is kettle bells,TRX, medicine balls, or something else Kent will guide you through it.
TONE, STRETCH & STRENGTH
Tone, Stretch & Strength combines the muscle-sculpting, core-fitting, benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This class cranks up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking lean and incredibly defined.
SCULPT & BURN
This class is for everyone who wants to burn fat and sculpt their muscles! Let Debbie take you on this high intensity journey that incorporates weights and cardio that is sure to leave you feeling great!
SHRED IT
It's a little boot camp, weight trainings, Plometrics, and cardio that is for everyone. Develop strength, power, and cardio endurance with this fun and always different class.
YOGA
This class is a Hatha yogaflow style class. Focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises, your breathing and Yogaposes will help clear your mind and feel wonderful for the day!
ZUMBA
This is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.
